Charges off chcking acct

I'd specifically informed them to prevent the cost instantly but after 14 days I then found out on the chcking acct that it had been billed without agreement after which again... Is there a method to contact the Government Offer Package to possess them quit getting $ out-of checking acct? I really donot really enjoy this. I'd greatly relish it when they return money-back for the things they remove of checking acct.
