USA Supreme Technology
Ripoff or Not - You and the Future Decide - $19,445 Investment With $0.00 Returns To Date

In the U.S. A car is stolen every 26 seconds and USA Supreme Technology has learn how to turn this statistic into a windfall cash generating system for them. USA Supreme Technology makes money on selling Distributorships, advertising campaigns, and replicated websites.

The following individuals all played a role in getting me to spend $19,445.00 for a distributorship, replicated website and market program for the Fringerprint Starter, USB Flash Drive, and Fingerprint Mouse: CEO/President/Owner Phillip D. Smith, Operations Manager Paul Dickenson, Director of Advertising Sean Powers, Executive Assistant Melody Branham, Sales Coordinator Sheri Williams, Business Development Director Russell Jackson, Assistant Director of Business Development Yvette Lewis, Sales Manager Noreen McKinney, Branch Office Manager John Blotti, Unit Sales Bill Dexter, Web Site IT Support Russell Jackson, Sales Manager Henry Kelbie, Sales Representative Kathy Whisher, Investor Steve Tracey, Sales Representative Joel Smith, Sales Representative Kenney Emerath, and So Called Consultant Tay Craig.

In late November I received a series of telephone calls from Henry Kelbie (866-554-3812,602-773-7999,699-575-8363) who claimed to be a sales representative for USA Supreme Technology, Inc. He offered me the opportunity to purchase a Consumer & Business Membership to become a Distributor for their products for the special promotional price of only $1,445.00 discounted from their normal $3,445.00 price tag.

The package included the Consumer and Business Membership, a Customized Website, Coaching & Technical Support, Biometric Firgerprint Car Starter, Biometric Fingerprint Flash Drive, Biometric Fingerprint Mouse, Postcard & Brochure Package, Business Cards & Template CD, and shipping & handling. Henry Kelbie said he wanted to assure me I would have up to 90 days to dispute the charges through my credit card company if the package did not include everything as promised.

Supposedly, for the low price of $1,445.00, USA Supreme Technology would market my website, follow up on any leads it generated, and sell their products on my behalf. For my initial investment I would then be entitled to receive a portion of the sales price for each item sold under my client identification number.

I was told to obtain more information and/or assistance, I could personally contact the company's owner/President/CEO, Phillip Smith (775-530-9547), Vice-President of Marketing Sean Powers (602-773-7999 x103), Unit Sales Coordinator Bill Dexter (x501), Website IT Support Russell Jackson (x401), and Sales Manager/Mailer Coordinator Paul Dickenson (x210).

Soon thereafter to further enhance the marketing campaign effort on my behalf, I was offered the opportunity to purchase a Customized Biomeric Mailer Marketing Campaign for $18,000. Under this campaign, USA Supreme Technology would supposedly mail out 1,000 brochures per month for 12 months targeting fleet managers.

USA Supreme Technology would again followup on these mailers, track the sales, and provide me a portion of the sales price for each item sold under my client ID number. Although I was not promised a specific return on my investment, I was told to imagine receiving a check each month in the mail for possibly $5K to $10K. According to them, I should have sufficient income from this investment to pay the monthly credit card bill before it would even be due.

I must admit it did sound to good to be true so I asked about other successful distributors I could contact for additional references and/or verification. They referred me to Kathy Whisher, 226 Oaklock Circle, East Syracruse, NY 13057-3120, (315-637-6659). Kathy told me she had been a distributor for 6 to 8 months and was receiving a "substantial" amount each month from her investment. She claimed to be having the best success with marketing the thumb drive and/or mouse to prison systems in the NY area. Additionally, she has only great things to say about the fingerprint car starter, saying she had it installed in her personal vehicle and loved using it to help control when her daughter could use the car.

Needless to say, particularly after being told by the Owner/CEO/President Phillip Smith that PC World Magazine was going to publish an article on USA Supreme Technology and that a major Cadillac dealership was going to produce a video for the installation of the fingerprint car starter, I bought the entire mailer campaign program hook, line and sinker.

Within days I received the thumb drive and mouse. According to USA Supreme Technology, the car starter was on back order due to the tremendous succes in marketing which resulted in demand exceeding supply beyond anyone's expectation.

Naturally, I was anxious to get started, so I began calling and e-mailing USA Supreme Technology to request assistance in kick-starting my business and promote my website www.thebiometricscenter.com. That was when I was informed by my so called Business Development Coach Russell Jackson (866-554-3182 x401) that the business appears to be growing exponentially and that my business cards along with my other marketing tools was to come to me on a cd-rom through the mail. He claimed that since 99% of the coaching call references the disk contents, I needed to wait until I received the disk to proceed.

I tried to wait patiently for the disk but when I had not received it after two weeks, I again began calling and e-mailing to inquire of its status. I was initially told the disk was mailed out, then I was told the disk would be mailed out again in two days, and finally I was told the disk was in the US postal system and USA Supreme Technology had no control over those guys.

When the disk finally arrived, I was truly disappointed in its content. My very first thought was, "This is what I've been waiting on to kick-start my business?" To me, the disk seemed to be nothing more than a home made cd-rom disk which contained only basic marketing information. Additionally, I thought the business cards where of such poor qualiy and I had to print them out myself. I was not being provided actual cards by USA Supreme Technology as I thought I had been promised.

My anxiety level continued to worsen with the lack of communications from USA Supreme Technology. First they blamed the lack of communications on their frustrations with moving the office and then they blamed it on the telephone lines being down. Prior to my Feb 16,09 e-mail, I had received zero contact or training from my so called "Coach."

To make matters worse, I was told by my Chevrolet service department that if they installed the fingerprint car starter I would lose my remote starter capability. Now, to date, I received no hits on my website and have received no return on my investment.

The only person in contact with me what-so-ever is someone named Tay Craig who claims USA Supreme Technology is revamping their system and that he should have some good news for soon. He claimed if I would give him 1% trust he would earn the other 99%... As far as I am concerned, he has not even earned or deserving of a 1% trust. So far, he is lumped in with Hubert Mason - their newest Sales Manager, and all the others at USA Supreme Technology, Inc.

All their Operations Manager Paul Dickenson has to offer is that "USA Supreme Technology has acted in good faith... And has fulfilled each and every obligation... To date (May 4), 2,500 mailers (of the 12,000) in two separate mailings were sent on Mr. Morris' behalf... Mailers for his targeted marketing campaign will continue to be sent on a monthly basis according to contract and agreement. We as a company are attempting to utilize monies invested on his behalf in the most prudent fashion possible, with the goal of bolstering the growth and prosperity of his business enterprise."

What do you think? Zero return for $19,445.00 investment?

Monthly mailer program with only 2,500 sent in five months?

How many besides me fell for this poorly designed business venture?

Where are the local, state and federal regulators when it comes to such business practices? This sure seems like some kind of ponzi scheme to me!

Although no specific law may have been intentionally violated, there's still got to be something wrong with a program designed to take and keep someone's money even when the venture has an extreme high probably of never paying a return?
