We recieved a credit card in the mail from five point capital offering a line of credit. We sat it aside but after finding a piece of equipment we could possibly use we contacted them. They said the process would be easy because the company was pre approved. So we moved forward. Five point told me that my account would not be sent to a third party and it has been, Pentech as well as CIT. Five point also told me that this would be a lease to own (not a line of credit) meaning that we would get financing for the equipment and own it at the end of our lease. I have never leased anything so I was mislead by five point when they told me that it would be ours at the end of lease. We have found out that this account was a lease to own at fair market value. The machine was 22,500 at purchased if we contiute to pay it will cost us 36,000 and fair market value. God knows what that would cost. So we have contacted an attonery I am getting everything I have together on this becuase if I can find were it went from a line of credit to lease to own to lease to own at fair market value then Five point captial, pentech, and now cit the new guys calling will not have a leg to stand on. Wish me luck becuase I am going to fight this.
