I was contacted by Phone, Offered an $2,500 credit card, all I have to do, is give all this personal information (Which I should have known better!) over the phone, and pay $29.95 for processing and shipping! (by Debit Card), and in a few weeks, I will get my card, and a 7 day free trial of their benefits club!
Several weeks later! A package came, with all these forms to fill out! But, (I had givin this info. Already!) and NO Credit Card! I called to complain! And found out that they had charged my account and extra 159.90
.
I said, I want to cancel! I don't want the benefits package! They said it was to late! I have to write a letter to their Consumer Affairs Department! So I did! And no response, I complained to BBB, they were able to get a response!
Then, Capital First, sent me a letter, saying they would refund my money, within 4 to 5 business days! About two weeks later, I still haven't received the refund, and was forced to close my account due to overdrafts! To this day, no refund, and unable to open a new account!
