We have been dealing with this company since March 09. We were then transfered to Invision Lending and we have been told over and over that everything is going good for a short refinance and they would call me on Mondays. Well now Invision Lending is not returning my calls and they have changed their company name to National Housing Process!!! First Premier Lending has turned off their phones.
Someone needs to investigate these people. We are only out $475.00 for an appraisal they scheduled on our home. It's nothing compare to these other people that have lost thousands.
