QAB charges

I've a merchant account in ICICI Madhuban department, Udaipur, rajasthan.

I opened this a/d for dealings to my demat a/d in sharekhan. I had been informed that it's a ZERO stability a/d. And today they've billed 827 Rs. As QABChgs, rate-jun09 ST77.

So when I'm attempting to contact the financial institution individual, they're simply ignoring me.

That Is totally illegitimate and its own a nuisance of customers.
