I am not sure if my problem is even worthy of your notice, but I am very frustrated and need some advice. I am in The US NAVY assigned overseas in London, England. During my tour here I have purchased a car from Overseas Military Car Sales.
The financer on my vehicle is CHRYSLER FINANCIAL COMPANY. I purchased my vehicle in January. At the time of purchase I was told by the car salesman that I would receive a copy of my financial contract from Chrysler Financial.
To make a long story short I have been calling CHRYSLER FINANCIAL at least once a month every month since February asking for this contract... To no avail. The last time I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and this guy named "MARK" got on the phone and promised the problem was resolved... This was a month ago.
I have one additional problem, that is that I have not received a single statement from Chrysler on my account! I keep asking about this and they keep saying that it is fixed.
The international phone charges are starting to add up, because I am always on hold forever. What should I do? Do I have any recourse, it is hard to fight these kind of battles from all the way across the world!
Any advice or guidance would be appreciated.
Sincerely,
PCC (SW) Craig A. Houlette, USN
