$39 Late Fee for a excellent payment history

After reading several complaints about Dell's devious method for obtaining additional charges throught DFS and reading the rebuttals makes me wonder if this is a legitimate web site to air discourse. So I'll dispense with all the details and WARN others to be very careful of DFS's gimmicks and marketing slicks online. I love all my Dell computers and will probably use my own credit or cash for my next purchase.
