Searched on the INTERNET for info on gov grants and found this offer from grant offer for info CD for 1.88 then started seeing charges for 7.71 48.16 29.95 98.04 over and over again. Called this comp on the phone and was told that it was a consulting fee, Information retrieval services and debt coaching.
I ask when i had ever contacted them for these services and or if they had contacted me with the info and was told there was no contact and it was up to me to stop this service that i had never started.
After 4 different phone calls i then contacted my credit card company and told them what was happing and they did an investigation and refunded all the charges to my account. And i was told that the only was to stop this ongoing charges is to close that account and they would issue me a new chard with a different account #.
This company as far as i can see did nothing for me and charged me over 300.00 dollars and would have just went on charging for nothing as long as they could. Their Customer service leaves a lot to be desired in that they will not offer you a refund but only more free services that do not exist.
