Do not by any means trust or believe anything this company claims to be offerring! They are an outright rip off company and train all their staff to avoid and deny the fact that they do not do what they said they would do.
This company claimed they would show me how to get out of debt without paying any more in less time if I continued making the payments I'm currently making. That was a outright lie! The "financial analysis" that they claimed would show me how to do this, was nothing more than fabricated numbers. I lost my job prior to the first financial analysis being done, and told them my income had changed drastically when the "financial specialist" called. She elected to still do the "financial analysis" with my income as if I was still working. On top of that gross misrepresentation, when they redid the "financial anaylsis" with the "right" information, their difference was a minimal 5% in income. How in the world could that be right if my income has been cut in half and I'm short money each month to make ends meet. Hmmm 50% less income does not equal a 5% difference in income. No one at their company is available to explain how they came up with these clearly fabricated numbers to make it look like they saved me $4,000 dollars and could get me out of debt faster.
The only thing they do is call up your creditors and "try" I use that term very loosely to get your creditors to lower the interest rates or enroll you in a hardship plan. That is not worth $1295.00 which is what they take out of your account or charge your credit card before you even talk to their so called customer service representatives to negotiate your accounts for you. You can do this ever 6 months at "no additional charge" and of course there shouldn't be any additional charge, because this is all you are paying for from them - making calls or writing letters on your behalf. So, not worth it. This is not nearly as difficult as they try to make it sound when they call you about the program. Anyone can do work with their own card credit companies on their own!
They refuse to refund my money and they refuse to even answer simple questions like what happened to the $500 gas card they promised. They simply tell me that "the system is updating for the next customer service representative" and then hang up on me. I have never dealt with a company so outright crooked! They are the worst!
What ever you do do not do business with this company ever!
