Chase Bank
Promotional Fee raised, supposed to be fixed until loan paid off. Payment was 297 now 712 don't know what to do

Chase raised my 2.99% promotional rate to 5%. Payment is going from 297 dollars a month to 712 dollars a month. I can't make it and they will not work with me.

My credit has been impeccable, it will now go down the tubes and force me into bankruptcy if something is not done.

What can be done to stop these rip off banks?
