Rip off they keep taking my money when i told them to stop

They just keep wanting my money when I told them to stop. I sent back everything they have mailed and have written letters and they refuse to stop. I finally got my bank account frozen but they insist on billing me. Can someone please help me with tis promblem? Thanks.
