This company regularly violates the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and state consumer protection laws. They have called my husband several times on an alleged debt that is almost 13 years old!!!
They claim they can sue him (hello, ever heard of statute of limitations!), put him in jail, etc. Their phone calls have stopped for the time being (been two weeks since the last call) because I told them I am a lawyer (I am) and I was going to sue them!!!
