SWE HOMES, Scott, Mariela, Milade, Jose, have withheld 100% of my IKE INSURANCE Claim check, to date no funds IKE losses, since September! Its is also because I am non-hispanic/non-latin? Read 10th paragraph!!!
Mariela manager of Insurance assured me the check would be sent 3-4 days after receipt. I am making the payable to you and your contractor, contractor on the phone line listening in, no check as of yet, its been months.
SWE HOMES pressured me to use my savings - reserved for my kids, clothing, food, utilities & mortgage payments to help get contractors started on the repairs, I borrowed from myself and others, knowing the check should be in my hands in a few days.
My carpet stinks-IKE water damage, my kids barely have food, and our electricity was disconnected for non-payment ALL THANKS TO SWE HOMES, withholding 100% of insurance claim check. My kids have gotten sick do to no funds to complete minor repairs.in addition, contractors harassing me for payment, I am so stressed.
I have made numerous calls, sent several emails, several certified letters, it appears impossible to reach them, prior to getting my endorsed check I had no problem reaching Mariela & Milade & Jose of SWE HOMES.
I can't blame the contractors, they were assured payment by SWE HOMES, and they been to my place of employment causing all kinds of trouble. My Employers last warning was May 11th, that employment would be terminated it the CHECK WITHHOLDING SWE HOMES caused these contractors and their workers to be at our office again.
The contracted continued to show up at my work because they think I was not placing pressure on my lien holder for my insurance funds. Two wks ago was my last day at work. The company was forced to close and move to DALLAS because of SWE HOMES. Due to SWE HOMES, I have been terminated from secure job I held for 15 yrs.
On April 23 I certified demand for payment to SWE HOMES Mariela & Milade. Milade manager of accounts writes the check, hung up the phone as soon I she knew it was me. There is a clause in my contractors contract that 45 days after receipt of funds they have the right to remove
I paid my insurance policy premiums, met with my insurance Claims adjuster, who approved the repairs done and approved funds for more repairs. IKE Insurance Claim funds which I endorse to SWE HOMES for them to send a check 3-4 days SWE HOMES assured me, but instead SWE HOMES has cost me my job, my kids and I are in dyer desperate need, no utility, barely any food. I go daily without food, because SWE HOMES tricked me to spend all my savings to help with repairs & deposit to my contractor, even emailed proof of check made payable to me, on which they placed stop payment. This is extortion & discrimination and I will fight to get establishment like SWE HOMES held responsible for unethical behavior, questionable tactics and conspiracy.
Sadly, now I must allow the contractors to uninstall material used to repair my home 45 days after receipt of IKE insurance check by lien holder. Removing 9 glass windows, would leave my home open to water damage etc. Removing corner portion of my roof, tearing off all the wood around my fascia, eaves, beams, Porch, door & carpet etc. Would cause me thousands of $ in damages. They have started to remove some stuff, soon I will move into a hotel.
I have certain proof on conspiracy, thank you Mariela & Milade. Here's a hint.in this recording Scott owner of SWE, argues, he did not want the completed SATISFIED INSPECTION REPORT requesting release of my IKE funds which was already emailed to Mariela (manager of Insurance dept) email to her, he wanted it falsified, tampered report, report edited-changed / new false report pdf format email to Mariela report which says. (to prevent issuing my check -To make it impossible for me to get my funds)

If this is heard in court Jose, Mariela and Milade this type of conspiracy is more than grand larceny, it's a felony crime, worse than Enron case.
This is my only method of reaching SWE HOMES, Milade hangs up the phone. I just changed Attorney due to my job. I certainly have the time to complain and go to court. Ya'all cost me my job!
Release my funds as instructed, plus damages, no more delays!!!
If I go to court, I am seeking $500,000 for the torture and the hell you put me through! There are affidavits from my contractors & my former employer, proof of covered Insurance loss repairs done, etc
I am a Godly poor Mom of 3, I will go all the way even writing congress and president in addition to going to court if I do not get my funds as requested NOW!
