I too have been scammed by Smartstep - via Bank of America. Never authroized this money to be taken out of account. Took several calls to have them mail me the cd of when they said I approved... Guess what? Voice is not mine, they will not refund money. I have filed a compalint with the BBB and National Assoc of Insurance Comm.
