When my first loan payment came due on the 17th of May, I no longer had a job and couldn't make the payment. This company started calling me the next day after it was due and have been calling me every day since then. If I don't answer, they call the references I gave them and ask them to tell me to call. They have threatened to repossess the items I put up for collaterial and the loan is not even 30 days passed due yet. Today, I offered to make a partial payment because my husband found a job recently. They said they could not accept partial payments and that I would have to refinance and this could not be done over the phone - I have to come in. Also, I need to call them every day whether I can make a payment or not. To make matters worse, the manager is very rude and makes comments on the side about how people always lose their jobs right after they make loans and how people always have time to come in and make a loan but never have time to come in and take care of it if they get in trouble and can't make the payments. I have filed a complaint with the FTC on this company. I would not recommend them to anyone!
