Did not order, if i did it was a mistake. I don't even know what it is

I've no idea what that is. It had been charged on my mastercard $49.99. I've not received anything and whatever it's, i do not want to buy. I'd like it removed my card. I have no idea getting touching anyone or where to protest. How can this happen?
