Jeremiah Yancy was a pastor and church friend of ours. He has used his ministerial position and trusting friendships in order convince people to take out large lines of credit (high FICO score targets) and "invest" them in his various schemes. He has also convinced people to "invest" their college funds and savings accounts. His scams include, but are not limited to real estate, corporate fundings, ForEx platform and luxury auto loans. His line was that he wanted to be able to build orphanages and help pastors who live on a meager salary to boost their income. All money invested was to have been paid back upon investment funding within 90 days. We are more than a year and a half and stuck with the bills from all of these large lines of credit.
In reality, the only orphanage he built were the luxury homes for his wife and four children and the only salary he boosted was his own. He has bankrupted church families, made promise after promise and apology after apology. He has not invested the funds from these lines of credit as he stated, but has used the money to live his extravagant lifestyle on. He will not answer phone calls, does not accept registered mail and has made every attempt to "drop off the radar". He should be considered a flight risk and dangerous, white collar criminal. Do not believe a word he says, no matter how convincing. There are hundreds of people who have had this same experience with this man. He has major connections in Texas, Arizona, Idaho and Colorado, but also does "business" nationwide and worldwide.
