They been robbing $5 out of my bank account for over 12 yrs who are these ppls

I received a 300 limit credit card in 1996 or 97 which i used for a short time paid it out and this company have been taken $5 out of my account since. I closed my account but that didn't work i been hit with $70 transfer fees for this $5 debt they say keep coming in i need a lawyer to take actions against this giant crook
