Ripoff Dishonest ripoff took money out of my account with no intent on sending my card to me

Thay took it out a couple of days ago

Point blank first choice ripped me and a lot of others off in the worst way thay cant be aloud to do this to anyone els that was all the money i had left now im sitting on my hands and dont know what to do could you please help there has to be something we can do please
