I've had a Citi Mortgage for more than 4 years. The conditions of my mortgage provide me a fifteen-day grace time to create my cost with no fee. Your day following the planned deadline, I begin getting two to 6 telephone calls each day informing me my cost is overdue plus they wish to speak with me. After I keep in touch with them, they're really violent stating "Your Cost Is Overdue", when actually I'm still in my fifteen-day grace period. The telephone calls continue every single day, including Saturdays two to 6 times a day beginning as soon as 8am. Once my cost is created by phone, the calls proceed for times.
Easily had recognized this misuse might occur, I'd not have completed business together. Our other mortgage loan business HASN'T called me when my cost is created inside the fifteen-day grace time, because it ought to be.
Our advice: do not conduct business with citibank!
