Mark Verheyen FCM DIRECT
Deceptive mortgage practices! Told me i was getting a low rate on my va streamline and when it got time to go to closing he charged me $12,000 in closing costs and gave me a 6.5% interest rate!

This is after the application he initially told he me i would be getting 4.5% - 4.75% with no closing costs!!! I hear that he operates mainly in north carolina so i would warn anybody in that state to look out for this man... He will come to your house and promise you the world and then steal all your information and change the loan at the last minute... Do not use this loan officer under any circumstances or you will be ripped off for sure!!! I would recommend any other mortgage company besides fcm direct!!!
