Is the WORSE service i have ever had, the representative are not propertly train they just agree and make all look so good and then when it comes to finalizing the paperwork they put in all these feeds, granted we are all busy small business owners but if you make a verbally agreement and then when it come to the contract you expect to have the contract reflect what you have asked them to receive. Suddently you read the fine print and find that they are really charging you twice for the same service. And then to top it all off... If you have AN INTERNET PHONE their service is the worse also, they don't tell you that the machine may fail to process cards for several day at a time because of the connection. Should they have told me that i would of got an internet service from the begininng however
I would just like to add that is by far the worse business i have ever encounter in my whole professional service.
