I am a IRM with Crescent Processing. I recently did a presentation for a merchant who kindly asked me to follow up with him. When I returned he told me that he did some "research" on the internet and told me that he didn't want our service. So, I decided to do some "research" myself. You know what I found? Bloggers are funny. ALL of the complainers are either bad salespeople or under informed busness people. For those of you who may be considering using Crescent Processing as your merchant service provider or working for them, I would consider that you take a deeper look. I personally have been with the company for 2 1/2 months and have made almost $8,000. Not the greatest, but I've done worse elsewhere. None of the merchants who have given us a chance have complained to me.in fact, I've received several referrals already. One thing to consider, complainers like to complain. If you are a bad salesperson, stop crying and learn how to be a better one. If you are an under informed business owner, do more research. Not only about merchant services, but business in general. There is a reason that 90% of busnesses fail in their first year. I seriously doubt that the number one cause is greedy merchant service providers. Isn't it funny how people (salespeople and business owners) want to make money, but expect everyone else to give them something for free? It costs to play in this game of life. I've had prior experience with working other merchant providers, and in my humble but accurate opinion, this is the best one around my neck of the woods. Complain less - do more. God bless.
