Educed credit limit and unfair practices

I've had a Cabela's Credit card for nearly annually. After producing my funds usually promptly and usually creating a cost of increase the total amount due, I obtained a phone in the choices department. This am, May 13. I had been informed that my payment was due on May 7th and that I had a need to create a cost. I created a cost of 100.00 May 2 and 2000.00 on April 13th. The 2000.00 was designed for May's cost. Since it was created early they used it to April's cost and explained that I had been overdue for May. I had been handled extremely rudely and was informed from the so-called group chief of selections that their was no body else I really could keep in touch with, or can she provide me a. I wound up receiving online and noticed the identical grievances. I did so talk to another supervisor who stated that that's their plan. Therefore, never create your cost early and not spend a sizable cost should you choosenot need your credit line-cut. I'd shut my consideration, but-don't wish to harm my credit rating. Does anybody know who I will protest to?
