I have a visa mastercard with the credit limit of $1000.00. I have been a member of this bank and have had this card since about 2003 I believe. Well torwards the end of Dec. Az credit union wanted to write off my credit card and send it to collections, cause I had missed a couple of payments. My husband has lost his job so times were hard.
So Dec I had talked to a lady with az federal who told me that If I took care of the past due balance that they would not send it to collections, So then I talked to one of their managers in early janurary and He told me that it would go back to normal and I can just continue to make my $25.00 payments every month to az federal.
Since then I've talked to numerous people about my account. Everyone keeps on telling me different things over the phone threw az federals Risk dept. The aggreement was if I took care of the past due amount which I did in early January it was around $160.00 which they lost and it took them a couple of hours to find it! That my account would be fine and back to normal.
Well instead I keep on getting the run around its starting to get very frustrating. On my credit report it says that az federal has wrote it off and that it is closed (collection). It should say "PAYS AS AGREES" since the account was never wrote off and sent to collections. And I've been making my payment every month! I want this fixed I'm tired of the run around.
Also if they say that what I am saying is not true then I want to hear the recording tapes of each time Ive talked to their risk dept since dec! This needs to be addressed immediately! My credit Report especially I also would like everything that is decided in writing no more verbal aggreements since az federal cant keep up with them.
I have had very poor service from all of the members that I have had to deal with. I am very upset with this branch! They decided to charge me a whole lot of interest on this card now. I would like to know when I had agreed to that. Whats the interest rate?
I can see on this website that I am not the only one who is unsatisfied with this bank. Please dont bank with them it doesnt matter how long you are a member for they will eventually find some way to take u for a surprise with u and your money aboard.
