All of these reports sound very familiar to me. I have been in the program for a couple years now and I have always had some kind of problem. Last week I received a letter in the mail from the last creditor I have left to pay off. The letter stated that I was being kicked off the program for missing a payment. I have never missed a payment or even been late. So when I try to call UFS, I am left on hold for thirty minutes (as is the norm... They are very hard to reach).
Since the beginning, I have had problems with this company. It seems as though there is a huge gap in communication between UFS and the creditors, as well as between UFS and the client. I hate this company. I have never missed a payment and now my credit is being damaged. I could go on and list all the problems I've had but I would just be repeating every other file on here. It seems as though UFS has made a lot of money off of taking advantage of their clients. I would never reccommend this company to anyone, anywhere. I will be filing with BBB and whenever I can actually get through to someone at UFS, they will be getting a piece of my mind.
