STAY FAR AWAY FROM MERCHANT MADE EASY (merchantmadeesay.com)!
They are scammers! They put in writing an agreement on rates & fees, then sent the credit card processor a different set of rates & fees. The rep. Is was dealing with was Gregory Jones, this boss is Lance. This took my complaint all the way to the top of the company, but NO one cares. This is how they run their businsess. What to look out for: They have a 4 page agreement, Gregory switched out page #2 (which has all the rates & fees) with this own page #2 (with his rates & fees he wanted to charge me)
You only sign page #3. He faxed it over all 4 pages to iPayment (the Credit Card processor), and the rest is history. All level of management know this is going on, but will stop it. Do yourself a favor, don't believe the low ball numbers they give you. They will change them, and you LOSE!
I've owned my business for over 9 years, and have never seen such blatant FRAUD IN MY LIFE, and I see a lot of scams with my other Western Union business.
