Balance Showed $40 Then Overdrafts Reached $400 Negative

I am fed up with usbank...
I had a balance of $50 then went to the gas station and bought $40 in gas then checked my balance and had $49 left...

So I went to the Starbucks, McDonalds, and bought a stamp using my checkcard!

I again checked on the phone and I had $40 left.
Next day I use my card for lots of things,

Next day I check my balance, and it's -$400!!!
And I have lots of overdraft fees!

Any lawyers on here help me start a class action lawsuit to sue the hell out of these basterds!!
