I recently switched banks from Bank Of America to USBANK because it has a better location. *I go to school at DeVry University and USBANK is right next door.* I have had SO many problems with USBANK it's not even funny.
For instance, last week I deposited $50 in cash and $300 check from my work at school. I will cut and paste a few transactions to help communicate the matter more clearly.

I am currently having an on-going issue where *through email* they are telling me the above $14 withdrawal made my account overdrawn by one dollar. Does anybody see that information above? I cut and pasted the information from a screen shot I took of my account a few days ago.
I recently told USBANK in an e-mail concerning my ongoing issue and past issues, "that never in my life have I experienced so many problems with any bank as I have when banking with USBANK."
Currently I am investigating how to file a claim with the BBB concerning this matter and all previous matters with USBANK. I have been so disgusted and hurt by USBANK that I cannot find words to describe it here in such a short amount of space.
Overall, I have paid more than 400 dollars in overdraft fees and I have screen shots and a collection of documents I plan to send to the BBB. I have already filed a report with the FTC. USBANK uses deceptive practices, they lie and use customers wrongfully to suit their best interests.
