I believe there should be a class action suit against this company. When they terminated our charging privilidges through no fault of our own with no notice, they should have credited us for our unused portion of our annual fees. They canceled us, so why should we still pay these fees.
Also, many people wrote checks against their FCNB account prior to being told that they were being terminated.
FCNB should pay these customers back, along with any additional fees that accrued because of these checks. This was of no fault of the customers, so how can FCNB not be responsible for these charges?
I am one that they refuse to credit for the annual fee.
