Robert C. Lam and Kyle Waitley are in bed together... That is if they are not the same person! They are, at the very least, business partners!
Well, I did a little digging and discovered what I needed to know...
Robert C. Lam owns the domain www.ownhomeinstantly.com and when you click on that domain, it takes you RIGHT TO... (DRUM ROLL PLEASE) Kyle Waitley's site!
I called the phone number listed on the domain, and didn't get an answer. However the voice mail stated that their company name is "Home Sellers Assist" and "Five Star" which stands for Five Star Software (note website www.fivestarsoftware.com has the same font signature that Kyle Waitley's site has!!!). I didn't bother to leave a voice message. Well, that apparently bothered Mr. Lam who approximately 2 minutes later called me back.
I began questioning him and, interestingly enough he does the SAME THING that Kyle Waitley does and EVEN uses CreditReportAmerica.com. Wow. What a coincidence! When questioned about Kyle Waitley, he denied all knowledge of Kyle Waitley and had "absolutely no idea" what I was talking about. Oh, but he is in the same business and his name is on the "who is" for that site. His excuse (he is a rather STUPID con-man) was that the domain had expired and he didn't know who had purchased it. Well, that MIGHT have worked... Only the domain does not expire until Sept. 1. OOOPS!

It was SO nice chatting with you on the phone earlier (huge eye roll).
Let me tell you something Robert, Kyle, Chad, Tim or whatever name you're using today... I'm going to try to make this really easy for you to understand.
It is obvious that you have WAY too many domain names and that you have UNSUCCESSFULLY hidden ALL of them...
For instance, you are listed on "whois" under the domain name "ownhomeinstantly.com"... YOUR name is on there, ROBERT LAM. You purchased the domain September 1 and it does NOT expire until September 1. And the funny thing about that domain that YOU own? Well, it goes right to Mr. Kyle Waitley's site. Isn't THAT special?
Hmmmm... I guess that kind of rules out you not having the domain anymore because you "let it expire" and the you "don't know who has it now" theory you tried to feed to me on the phone, doesn't it?
I will tell you what I am going to do... I am going to ENSURE that all those angry people online have YOUR telephone number, your cell phone number, your home number AND your address? How does that work for you, Robert?

My dad always taught me that honesty is the best policy, Robert. You are obviously a LYING, conniving scam artist who deserves to have his proverbial ass handed to him on a silver platter by way of having his personal information "out there" in cyber space so all those people you're scamming will know who you are.
IF you were a reputable businessman, you would have NO NEED to LIE about who you are and use fictious names while conducting business now, WOULD YOU???
