NFCUis refinance guarantees aren't being completed. I requested a refinance of an NFCU mortgage which may have decreased my monthly obligations $400 (almost 25%), but was declined due to "insufficient revenue", despite being present about the mortgage in the greater cost. The denial was despite credit scores more than 800, liquid resources exceeding the quantity of the mortgage along with a mortgage to collateral percentage under 60%.
