I found a wallet - bank couldn't care less

Nowadays I came across a budget within the # 6 train stop at 23rd St., NY. One of the number of cards inside was a BofA credit card. Not able to discover the owner via telephone or even the internet, I named Lender of America, working they might move my title and quantity onto the rightful owner.

1st call to BofA customer support: After three exchanges, I had been disconnected.

2nd phone to BofA customer support: After one move, I had been disconnected.

3rd phone to BofA customer support: the client service representative required the amount along and quickly shut the consideration. Then she explained she could not move my info on towards the cardholder. "We Are an incoming middle just, " she described.

"We do not have confident facilities, " she responded.

I finally reached the wallet operator via a regional party business, whose card was likewise within the budget. The dog owner, obviously, was very thankful.

Like A would be good samaritan, I had been awfully discouraged in my own transactions using the lender, which wanted simply to guard its pursuits, not those of the client.
