I hired Loren Gingerich and paid the retainer to attorney Greg S. Noble of Harding Law Office for a short-refi on my home, that was in October. My contact was Shannon Skalada. Once I paid the money, a short refi offer was submitted to my mortgage servicer, which was rejected. I emailed the rejection letter to Loren Gingerich and have heard nothing from him or them since. I called and left voice messages as well as emailed him from my personal email address and the message box located on the short-refi.com website. Today is April 30, I have not heard anything from anyone in this company. The task in which I hired them to do was not completed.
