On September 1st my organization, Shoes Etc, closed a twenty four month agreement with Outside Conversation Buildings (http://www.manta.com/coms2/dnbcompany_gm0t5g) to get a set of billboard ads on Interstate 85. The agreement, as closed, was to start on May 1st and end on April 30th. The cost problems were decided and also the agreement was authorized on September, 1st 2004. This agreement included no procedures for stretching the support times, and was to become renegotiated must we desire to keep the services provided.
This agreement wasn't renegotiated and ended as previously mentioned therein about the 30th of April. Nevertheless, without notice, our organization extended to get bills from OCS, Inc. As a Result Of clerical error, these bills were compensated entirely. These bills extended until December of totaling a lot more than $18,000.
