I joined Waterfield Credit on April 5 and immediately received a autoresponse from Linda Stellhorn, requesting additional information and informing me that I would receive access to a website, https://creditstatusnow.com, within one business day.
I provided the additional information, but have never heard back regarding the website. I have contacted Andrew Canole via e-mail and telephone - no response. I have contacted Linda Stellhorn via e-mail and telephone - no response. I have called the toll-free number; which results in transfer to a customer service type representative. But no one ever answers, you are placed on hold for a short time, then it goes to voice mail. I have left multiple voice mails and have never received a call back.
They have no problem taking my money. I even still receive constant marketing messages. I don't, however, seem to be geting anything else out of it.
I am now attempting to get my money back. I will update regarding how that process goes.
