I went to work for a company named Waterfield credit at the end of May of this year. My position with them was to sell credit repair services to perspective clients generated directly from the owner Drew Canole. He assured me upon starting with his company that he was one of the very few credit repair organizations that actually did the job. I worked very hard for him and sold a lot of people his credit repair services. During the sales process I was instructed to tell the prospective client that within 45 to 55 days that they would receive responses from both the creditors and the credit bureaus. After selling his product for approximately 90 days I started receiving calls from the clients I had sold telling me that they could not contact their credit repair counselor and that they had not received any paperwork and/or responses. After about two months it became apparent to that they had not worked many of the accounts at all and or were very behind.

To make a long story short I stopped working for this company about a week ago because at this point I am convinced that they are very questionable to say the least. There are other issues about this organization that I would also like to share not explained in this e-mail. Not only do I continually receive complaints but have not been paid as was promised.

I have tons of e-mails, documentation, sales scripts, and notes that I would be willing to turn over as is necessary. I am not sure what to do at this point but wanted to put your office on notice. I am very meticulous and believe that I have information that you would like to see. I had no idea from the very beginning and actually thought I was working for real company. I can be contacted via this e-mail address or by phone at 727-249-9797. Thanks Mark Bohlin
