Over charged

I required free samplesfor a demand of 6.95 they required off2.95 they called me after i requested and that i told them i didnt want anything more with no other charges they decided except 28 days later they charged my card 89.90 nevertheless when you call they dont solution i'd like my cash back they89.90 overcharge
