I want to know if there has been anyone else having the same trouble as myself. My loan was just sold off to MGC mortgage from Nationstar Mortgage and I am very concerned with this company: First they have no valid email address. The reps English was very very poor. Definitely not from USA. This company is owned by Beal Bank. They do not I repeat do not service any loans. That means no refinance. You are stuck at the rate that you are at or find another mortgage company if you are lucky. My prior company, Nationstar Mortgage did my mortgage so it was not backed by fannie or freddy so I could not get refinanced with the new Home Affordable Program.
I think this is a violation of my rights as a citizen of the USA. If there are more people out there, or if there has been a lawsuit started please let us all join in so we can put an end to this type of terrible business practice.
