Telephone ripoff They take money even when they say they won't

They told me that they can not take the money out of my account until i sign the proper papers and return them. They took the money out of my account the same day my bank says they can't do anything. Global fiancial didn't leave an address or telephone number when they access my account. Erica 60609, Illinois
