Today I contacted my credit card office regarding an August 12th unauthorized charge by Global-Phonelinx. The staff member gave me a telephone number to which a "Service Master" recording gave the "correct" telephone number for Global. I called, was on hold for over 20 minutes, and could not get anyone from Global to answer.
I again called my credit card office and was given 703/749-9745 as the correct telephone for Global. I called this number and got a list of directory numbers. Each extension's voice mail answered "mailbox full" or "not accepting messages", etc., so again I could not reach anyone at Global.
I have been charged for two (2) months... Charges I did not authorize and for what, I do not know... Thank goodness, my credit card company is working with me to refund and stop these unsolicited charges.
