Bring it Home Rip off Scam Pay us monthly and we will help you start a business. Actually it is they get rich off us and we get nothing

Epenzio, Bring it Home Scam January 25 Lori and I attended a workshop at the Comfort Inn on 447 North Main Street, that had been advertised a few days earlier in the Herald Journal. The add promised to show us how to make an income on the internet. At the workshop presented by Mike Symes we spent several hours learning about their system of setting up an internet business. They showed how anyone could, using their system, make a significant income.in fact they would provide the tools to build your own website, host it, sold us a merchant account, (which I have since learned was very expensive, although they presented it as an exceptional value) provided the products to sell through an affiliation with Merchandise Market Place, as well as the opportunity to sell more merchant accounts via our internet advertising, and then set us up with advertising of millions of emails to drive traffic to our site. They proved the validity of their system by citing statistics that a certain percentage of those emails would likely result in sales and thus we could expect a certain amount of income from so many million emails. They may not have promised specific results, but the overall thrust of the presentation was to create an impression that it was nearly impossible to lose if you applied the system. Patrick Obrien also promised us support and training via telephone to get us going. We feel that never took place. We built our website over the next couple of weeks. Got it up and running and worked on improving it over time and tested it made sure it worked. We provided the links on the Website to Merchandise Market Place and our Epenzio affiliate site. Then we waited for the emails Sold to us at the workshop by Patrick Obrien, to be done through My search Placement. Mike Umfleet, who became our account manager, kept promising delivery but it never happened. He did set the system up by which we would get the email responses, and tested it, but that is all that ever happened with it. We called and emailed numerous times, getting lots of excuses about hardware problems and such. Finally we could not make contact any more and he quit returning our emails. Finally in June we tried to recoup our cost for the emails by reversing the charges through our credit card. It looks like we were successful at that. We tried other forms of advertising which was suggested at the presentation, such as free ads, E bay sales, and news groups. None of it bore any fruit. Considering my results I believe that these guys knew they were running a scam. However we are now stuck with a merchant account finance which has been costing us 79.95/month plus statement fees of 25/month since February of 02'. This is financed with Fair Financial. I am seeking at minimum to get out of the remaining financial obligation to Fair Financial for the merchant account. To be fair, I think I should also be reimbursed for the 105/month that I have been paying for over a year now. The website hosting has been an additional expense, but I have elected to keep it for other purposes. I have quit making payments on the merchant account. Fair Financial has been threatening to damage my credit and pursue other avenues to collect. If anyone has any suggestions in how to resolve this Please contact us through the rebuttal key. Is there a class action lawsuit? Lex Logan, Utah
