Comitted Enterprises Inc fraudulent ripoff business

Comitted Enterprises Inc./BMK Marketing/Granton Marketing (the Parent Company) fraudulent ripoff business White Plains New York...

I am a recent college graduate. Let me state this plainly; the job market sucks. Not only are seasoned and well-trained employees losing their jobs in the current climate, new employees arent even given a chance.

Thus, when I noticed an advertisement for an entry level position in marketing, I was overly excited. The company presented itself as a Sports Entertainment, hotel and restaurant advertising firm. As soon as I spoke with a representative of their company I was coerced into scheduling an interview for the coming day.

Although it seemed a little strange that many marketing companies are not even considering hiring employees at this time, I thought that this company might just be starting out and therefore hiring immediately for those reasons. So, I gave the interview a chance.

The night before my interview, I wanted to do a bit of research on the compnay in order to seem prepared, however, I found no company website, which I thought was odd for a "nationally recognized advertising firm". The one thing I did find was a posting for over 75 job openings on hotjobs.com. Crazy right. I guess the managers are that desperate to recruit and fool hundreds of people for the hope of reaching the VP status.

After leaving the interview, I was dismayed at how poor my performance was and how little my usually adequate verbal skills were actually used. The interview went terribly in my mind. Not to mention that I still wasnt informed of the details of the job.

However, despite my negative feelings, I received a phone call back that night from the manager of the company. WHO DOES THAT! Really, he said that they had thoroughly considered me for the position and determined it would be best for me to have a second interview "shadowing" a company rep. Because of the suddeness of the phone call, I had little time to react and I agreed to the interview.

Yet, I had this sinking feeling in my stomach. Why on earth would a company be that desperate to hire someone who presented themself as verbally incontinent and unknowledgable in the field of marketing. So, I called a friend involved in business and asked what I should do. She said that one of her friends in Georgia had an interview with a Granton Marketing company that was disguised under another name. The office she was received in was bare, did not even have a computer, and her interviewer was also unprepared. Then, my friend told me to locate the usacomplaints.com website and here I am.

I immediately telephoned the company and told them I would not be attending the interview. And after that I read every single usacomplaints.com I could gather on this company disguised under several names (Granton Marketing, Cydcore, DSMax, etc.) It is fascinating how far a scam can really go although I do empathize with the ex-employees of the company whose lives have been so negatively affected in the aftermath.

After reading everyone's complaint, I felt as if I should write about my own experience with the company which thankfully lasted less than an hour in total. Thankfully, I had done my research to find out what was really going on. Its a scam, a pryamid style scam, possibly a glorified scam, a scam nevertheless. These people are ruthless it seems.

I am glad I was able to partake in the unveiling of the Granton Marketing phenomenon. Get out while you still can!
