I am writing to educate you on how to bust this guy. Forget BBB You must contact the Arizona attorney Generals office, your state attorney plus the department of financial Institute (DFI) for Arizona and your local one.
This guy and all others like him need to stop. I spoke with Christine id # 8607She advised me that they will not stop charging us, and they will not refund us the money that they illegally removed from the checking account. The only way to stop this is by calling the police and filing an ID theft report.
They would like us to think that the police will do something. What can they do?
We must inform all needed parties in the state he is doing business in and also notify our local offices to stop his predatory tatics in our state. If the complaints are to to spread out then it will not go to one direct area because their will not be enough caomplaints in the system to waste their time with.
I have given you all the tools to put this guy behind bars. Monday I will proceed. I hope you all join me. I know it is a small amount of money but when totaled up its quite a bit of money. Lets all as consumers send a message to this thief and to others that we are on to them and we will jnot allow it anymore.
