Countrywide, Forum Diversified Investments, United Home Mortgage & Realty Mortgage Fraud Causes Loss Of Title and Rights To Our Home

In May we were 30 days behind in our mortgage payment when approached by the predators with 3 refinance plans through Countrywide. We selected the plan which suited our immediate and future needs. We would pull out sufficient cash to make the monthly payment and have a reserve of about 18 months. To further sweeten the package and divert our attention to the reality of the forth coming scam, they offered to advance 5,000.00 dollars immediately and in fact did.

They stalled around and ran the home into default. They then dropped the hammer, informing us that the package we selected was no longer available due to the now 2 late's and now in default. The only other option prior to foreclosure would be to bring on a qualified investor at a cost of 30K which would be paid out of escrow. The investor would be on title for 6 months then transfer back at that point. I expressed concern over putting our home under some one else's name. They assured us that we would appear on title at the close of escrow... That never happened.

When your taken off title you loose rights to the home thus unable to reinstate prior to foreclosure or trustee sale or even use the BK process which would have been available as a last resort for us. We made nuemorus attempts to reach the predators to resolve the title issue to no avail.

We contacted Countrywide Mortgage Fraud Division and were turned away be cause we were no linger on title. About tat time the FBI SCAM Task force was formed and urging victims to come forward. I relieved we were finally going to get the help we needed. We were wrong. We provided a complete and detailed package of all communications and signings to include the notice of trustee sale. Nothing was done on our behalf. We filed with the Department of justice, again providing a compete package, we received a letter thanking us for filing the complaint, this was followed by a letter stating that hey had settled a law suite with Countrywide for 8.68 B of which 3.2 would be for California defrauded home owners.

I have filed formal complaints with the Presidents office, The inspector General, the Agency Liaison, Governors office, Congresswomans Office, etc. The results have been the same and we are now facing eviction on Friday the 17th this week. I am in serious need of legal support or we will be booted out of our home of 10 years.

I am a senior and veteran on a fixed income, any suggestions of help will be very welcomed
