Kevin Walsh formerly of Prime Capital Services/Questar Capital Corporation/Investors Trust of America. Mr. Walsh is currently under investigation by the Office Of financial Regulation.
The investigation is focusing if consumers received a copy of their contracts, were aware of Mr. Walsh's commissions and his "maintenance" fees.
Many investors were not aware of the length of term that the annuities had and they were encouraged to withdraw monies from the accounts unaware of penalties.
