I have filed a report with my State's Attorney General's office and it is currently being worked by them. I would encourage anyone else taken to the bank by these people to do the same. I've found that they are being sued by the Attorney Generals in Illinios, Colorado, Minnasota, and Florida. Don't take my word alone, these lawsuits and/or press releases are posted to the websites of the above mention AGs. Lastly, today the Secretary of HUD announced a crack down on foreclosure relief and loan modificaton companies who have taken advantage of the mis-fortunes fo others.
