In November I was contacted by Jon Grover about a home mortgage modifacation program and proceeded to work with him, beliving that he would help my wife and myself to get a modifaction for our home through our mortgage co.
We than began a telephone dialoge with him and in the latter part of November he stated that there was another company that he was working with to get the modifaction done, this co was called Financial Solutions Group fax no 1-888-685-1412 and some one named Keith.
Jon than told us that we should send $4500.00 to bank of America at 4745 N 7th st. Phoenix Az. To mat holdings LLC using account # 026 009 593 0043700 97752.
We did this and did not pay the house note as we had no more money at that time, I should note that we are both retired and living off our retirement money.
ASt that time the house note was $2,600.00 and a hardship for us to pay, as the note was 1,550.00 untill that August when it went up to the $2,600.00
mark.
We than did not hear from Jon for more than a week, when I called him to see if he had the money to which he replyed that he did and would proceed to
start the process of modifacation, needless to say it been touch and go sence then and now we have not heard from Jon sence late feb.
