This company called my parents concerning a student loan owed by my brother who had a stroke and now is handicapped the tried to talk my parent in to post dating 12 checks to send to them, He even tried to get my Mothers account information to do direct deposite money evey month. They were very condecending toward my Mother like she was stupid or something She called me and I called the representative back he was very rude and tried to twist my words around but I had someone there listening to the conversation and when I called him on it he got really upset and became more verbally assaulting. Can they legally ask people to pastdate checks like that.
